Always remove your jewelry when bathing, exercising, or swimming to keep it in a perfect condition

We accept all major credit cards, maestro and PayPal.

Payment will be collected when the item is ready to ship.

We ship your order via Bpost. Orders placed before 14:00 PM are typically processed same-day, excluding weekends, holidays and promotional periods. Orders typically take 3-15 days to ship to your destination.

International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery.

We work hard every day to make sure your order is delivered to you precisely.

By the time your package is marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier if there are any delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All sale items, earrings, and rings are final sale.

Reasons may include:

- Ordered wrong item - Wrong item sent - Damaged during transit

If damaged, please include photo of the item within the email.

We do not offer exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return your original item for a full refund and place a new order online.
