Shipping
All our products are ready to order. Once you order, it will be shipped within 2-7 working days.
www.aljuwels.be website offers delivery for the following countries:
Belgium ± 2 à 3 business days.
The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg & France ± 3 á 5 business days.
Portugal, Spain & UK ± 5 á 10 business days.
We ship with Bpost.
All products are carefully shipped in a bubble envelope or a shipping box.
Shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
ALJUWELS will not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Returns
If you are not happy with our products, you have 14 days to return.
You need to notify us whitin 10 days that you want to return something. You have to ship it to us whitin 14 days
By placing an order at ALJUWELS, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to ALJUWELS.

WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@aljuwels.be as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order, please email info@aljuwels.be. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.
